Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At FM English Language Teaching Research Institute ("FM Method"), we strive to provide high-quality language education. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation before course start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the course, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
• Course Cancellation by FM Method: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
• Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded.

3. Non-refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Registration or admission fees.
• Cost of course materials (books, software, etc.) that have already been issued or accessed.
• Classes already attended or missed by the student.
• Cancellations made after the course has started (except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a written refund request to our administration office or via email to [email protected].
2. Include your full name, student ID, course details, and proof of payment.
3. State the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests are processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment or via bank transfer/cheque.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
